I've been moving my QA flows to Prod. here I'm having few questions!

1. what is the best way to update the SharePoint connections i.e. site names & list names

2. what is the best way to update the SQL connections i.e. databases [somewhere I've heard about to use placeholders, but I'm not sure what it is. any thoughts ?]
3. what is the best way to update the PowerApp & emails connections i.e. URL's, Email ID's & Connections
