Monthly run on SharePoint list

Completely new bee with Power Automate, 

My SharePoint list contains an overview of projects. The list contains many columns, but these are the ones needed

 

Project Name

Project Manager email

Status

Last Updated

 

The Project Managers are required to update the list by month end. Each PM are responsible for 1-10 projects.

 

I want to create a Power Automate Flow, which on the last day of the month send "ONE" email to the PM's with a reminder, that he/she needs to go into the SharePoint list and update status of the projects. The email should contain a list of the projects the PM is responsible for. Can this be done?

So far I've only been able to send an email pr. projects, which means some PM will receive 10 emails.

An extra question - can Power Automate access a view from a SharePoint list?

    This template project tracker set-up includes a flow that gathers all the SharePoint project items related to each person involved in any of the projects & sends 1 email to each person with a list of links to all the items he/she is listed on:
