    Hi,

If you configured the flow and therefor the connection to Exchange with the Dev account, it doesn't matter that the To says email address. The to is not an "account" its just a string representing an email address.

Because you are monitoring the Mailbox of the Dev account, not the mailbox of the Test account.

So its not triggering because its not going to the right mailbox.

    Cheers

@FLMike so is there any workarounds for this? so i can create the workflow for the SharePointDevTest account?

If you go to the Flow Details Page, and you look at Connections (there should be one for Exchange/Office365).

That one I am guessing is running only as Dev? Can you please check. You maybe able to simply create a New Connection (which can be done within the Flow itself, by clicking ... and selecting to create a new one) and make the Test Account the sign for it.

If that works then you should be golden as the connection is what matters.

However, as for creating a new flow, my understanding is from our post, these are both service accounts. So you would either essentially add the additional service account as the owner, then remove the original, or you would have to create a new one and just make sure you assign the service account as the owner

    Hi @johnjohn123

When an email arrives will trigger on receiving an email to SharePointDev account but as you have also added the filter condition in trigger for email recipient (To) 'SharePointDevTest' so the flow will trigger only when SharePointDevTest is also set a one of the email recipients along with SharePointDev account. The flow will trigger if an email is received to SharePointDev account with SharePointDevTest account as one of the email recipients (To).

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks

    True,

but he specifically said its being sent to the Test account, not to the dev.
