Are the values resolved at run-time (e.g. looked up each time a Flow or App is run) or baked in at save time (i.e. when saving a PowerApp or when importing a solution).

And like a broken record, I'll ask again - please update your connector support so that AAD secured Azure SQL connections can use environment variables so I don't have to delete/add SQL connections each time I migrate across Dev-Test-Prod environments.
