About Converting files into pdf, merging into ONE pdf

Hi guys,
I am using PAD to merge several pdf into one. My flow involved converting different types of files(jpg,png,pdf etc.) into pdf at first and then merge them into one.
I simply use "export as PDF" and save all files into one folder then combine them into one pdf. But occasionally it is not working, as if the robot could not detect the UI elements and export the file into pdf , which is very frustrating.

May I ask any advice on how should I design my flow and achieve my goal? Or whether I miss anything?

Are you able to show us how you currently have it configured? If it's working sometimes, that's a great start! Let's figure out how to get it 100% of the time...

Verify that the selector for the application doing the export is correct, also you may run into issues for some types of selectors if multiple windows are open at the same time. It would depend on what your selectors look like and what application you are using to export.
