In the last two or so hours my flows to run excel scripts have suddenly started failing, with only the odd one being successful. These flows run every ten minutes too so they're failing quite often.

Figured it out.
There was an issue with my connection that required fixing. All that I needed to do was head to Data > Connections and hit the fix option.
I've just had a look and they're all still turned on at the admin level.
You may want to check with your IT department to make sure they did not turn off the use off Office Scripts in your tenant. Manage Office Scripts settings - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
