I'm a new user on Power Automate and I have a problem try to automate this process

Daily I receive a report from 4 different email address, those email address are Emailexample01@domain.com, Emailexample02@domain.com,Emailexample04@domain.com and Emailexample04@domain.com that has 1 excel file as an attachment each one of them. the name of the file is almost the same I will use "Trackresults.2024-XX-XX-1900-TZ.csv" as an example.

What is my requierment:

-I need a flow to save all the attachments  in a Onedrive folder
-Change the name of the attachement to include from which email they are download
-Combine all 4 of them into a single report, which I have the template ready so I can add the data into a single excel format
-send the combine template sheet to multiple recipients.

What I have done:

I have use the standards cloud for save attachment and while it work well it only save one file alone, if I add another filter to the create the file criteria it will not be save it as excel file but a MS file. What am I doing wrong? I know my logic is to divided into smaller flows but I'm struggling for a simple issue over th

    @SBarrios

    This should be relatively simple. We can't really see how your flow is set-up so cannot advise what is going on. I would switch to the old UI / designer and send screenshots of the flow set-up with expanded actions so we can see the input to each action. Paste the expressions as text if there are any.

    In general, you will need two flows. One flow to save email attachments. A second flow to combine the excel files. Is it ok to manually trigger the second flow? Alternatively, you could build logic at the end of your first flow to check if there are 4 excel files in your destination folder, if yes, then merge the report, if no, terminate flow.

    Hi There, thanks you so much for your guidance, I have the following things , I could not paste text as I could not disclose any info, and I change all the names for safekeep, but the overall flow is the same and work but only save one file out of the 4 intended files

    Also for each attachment, I create a file using the attachment name and from whom I collect that info, the create the file

    then if for some reason it fail then retry again in 30 second

    @SBarrios

    Just to clarify, you are receiving 4 different emails from 4 different addresses each with 1 attachment. But only 1 of these emails' attachments is being saved to OneDrive by the flow.

    What trouble shooting have you done?

    Firstly, is the flow triggering 4 times or just the once?

    Secondly, if its triggering 4 times, is the flow failing? Which action is failing?

    If the flow is succeeding for all 4 email addresses, what is the output of the Create file action in the run history?

    You need to dig a little.

    Answer:  Flow trigger 4 times as expected , according to the logs show in the pic below

    If the flow is succeeding for all 4 email addresses, what is the output of the Create file action in the run history?

    Answer: There is no error in any run log, I can't see any problem in the flow, even with flow checker it will come back without any error or warnings

    The only thing I can see is the condition alert ,

    my FX in that field is equals(int(actionOutputs('Create_file').statusCode), 409)
