Looks like HTMLToText returns null. Can you check?
Thought the script could parse anything in an email. We do have emails with HTML and anyway to find out which email might cause the issue?
That's correct, but can you see the output of HTMLToText?
No sure where we can see the output of HTMLToText in the default template? anything we need to add manually?
The "default template" you've mentioned is just a trivial flow. Can you open the output of the action in the ordinary flow?
ordinary flow seems working now but wondering why test flow was not working? Was there any difference for test flow to run?
Try to handle an email with empty body.
