approval email notification

Hi Support,

 

Our email is still based off the  Jurassic exchange server. I set up a flow to send email notification once an approval request is either approved or rejected. The flow execution everytime went without error. The only thing is - I or the user didn't received any of the notification emails.

 

Please help.

    Could you please share more details about the flow running details for the Mail action?

     

    Quoted:

    "

    ou may not get emails from this connector if you are in the unsubscribe list. You can use this form to manage your subscription preferences. Note: Connector unavailable in Logic Apps.

    "

    Reference

     

    Please take use of the form mentioned to manage your subscription, after that, check to see if you could receive the Mail notification.
