Getting EnvironmentAccessDenied error

(0) ShareShare

Posted on by 4

When I try to view Flows I get the error message :

EnvironmentAccessDenied

Access to the environment 'undefined' is denied.

I have a stack of flows running apparently but I can't add/remove.

It's been like this for a long time, I tried speaking to support but they weren't very helpful so here I am

Thanks

    Hi @Craig_B

As a tenant admin check all envrionments listed using admin.powerplatform.com

Then for your envrionment which gives access denied, check if you are env admin or maker role

    Regards,

    Reza Dorrani

I can't access admin.powerplatform.com, I get an endless loop between that and login.microsoftonline.com

I've cleared cookies etc and tried multiple browsers, they're all the same.

    @Craig_B

1 - are you a tenant admin or env admin?

    2 -  try incognito mode

It's a personal account, incognito mode is irrelevant

    Hi @Craig_B

are you the tenant or env admin?

By Incognito, I meant opening browseer in incognito mode (that would ensure cached creds are not impacting)

    Hi @Craig_B ,

Are you an owner of the existing flows?

    What’s your environment role?

It seems that you are using a personal account, have you signed up with this account?

Please check the following doc on using environments with Microsoft Flow for a reference:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/environments-overview-admin#manage-your-existing-environments

    Best regards,

    Mabel
