I can get the 'Created By' first level manager with Get Manager. Now I'm trying to get Manager's manager (2nd Level) and not sure how to get the output of the user's manager to enter the UPN into the box to get the 2nd Level Manager. Then I would like to use the direct reports of 2nd Level Manager and send an email to the people with a certain job title. Is that possible?

You need to pass Mail from the previous step as below to Get the user Manager Manager
