Problem:

I'm trying to create a flow where a Jotform Submission will automatically import into a Web Page's (Revolutionise Sport) member registration database.

The Webpage (Revolutionise Sport) has a bulk member import process using a csv file, however we need member to be imported at the time they fill out the form for insurance purposes.

I want to avoid any manual process on staff/admin. Need it to run in the back end and only get a confirmation email saying it's done.

Context:

The reason is, the webpage (Revolutionise Sport) is not member friendly and everyone always seems to have issues registering (e.g. too many registration questions that could be removed, a maze of info, poorly structured form, etc.).

We use Jotform to collect member data because it's easier for them, but then it becomes my problem to manually enter each member.

Revolutionise Sport is not able/willing to change their platform.
