Hi All,

When user clicks on the Instant cloud flow Button from Power BI it shows unsuccessful, even though access is provided to the user.
And the access is provided under Run only Users.

Why is this issue only for certain users? Could anyone please help me out with this issue.

Thanks & Regards,
Geetha

Does the flow use any steps that require permission (i.e. get data from a SharePoint List)?

If you set up your flow to run under the context of the user running the flow, then the users will also have to have the permission for all the steps.

Another common problem is that you are using a premium connector (i.e. Dataverse) but the user doesn't have premium licenses.

The flow itself does not get triggered. And the flow is being triggered when the Power BI button (Instant Cloud flow button) is clicked.

And the users will be using my connection to run the flow. No premium connectors are used.

And access has been provided to the users.

    That's not how this works.

Instant Flow by default uses the user context of the user that triggers the flow to run the steps, which means that the connections would also be running under the context of the user.

If you don't want that, you can adjust the connection settings under the Run Only permissions, but do keep in mind that you are likely going to run into the issue of multiplexing.
