Hello,

Please can someone help me to find if an email suject contains a certain word?

My flow is working as it gets the email and the subject but when using condition it returns false.

I have tested it and the email subject is returned and does contain this text but it is saying false. How do i do this? Once it is true i then want to extract a certain segment of the subject.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Remove the single quotes around Task ID in the condition and it will work as you have intended. The single quotes are required around a string in an expression but not in a condition when entered directly into the expression window.

Thank you. That worked. I tried that before and I failed but it failed on the next step but I thought it was this part failing!

Hello,

You can try this easier solution too by selecting Add dynamic content and then using the string function as shown on the image below. I had the same situation with the string that failed to validate the text. It works perfect plus is you can add more than one condition easily by adding another Subject text condition or email condition in the operator OR or AND for example.
