Cards for Power Apps connector has stopped working

As of last week - 18 Nov 2024 was the last time it seems to have been working - the Cards for Power Apps connector has started throwing the following error when attempting to use the "Create card instance" action:

Flow client error returned with status code "BadRequest" and details "{"error":{"code":"InvalidOpenApiFlow","message":"Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'cardsforpowerapps' operation 'GetCardDescription' failed with status code 'Unauthorized'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: '."}}".

What's especially confusing is that it's working in some of my environments but not all.

It works in my Default environment
It works in my primary Developer environment, Dev
It doesn't work in my test Developer environment, Test
It doesn't work in my Production environment, Prod
It doesn't work in my duplicate of Dev, a Developer environment called Dup Dev

I've tried removing and readding connections and connection references without joy. Can anyone suggest anything?

I got a similar error after importing my solution from Dev to Test. I have a Power Automate flow using the 'Create card instance' action that is now throwing me the error "Failed to retrieve dynamic inputs. Error details: 'The dynamic operation request to API 'cardsforpowerapps' operation 'GetCardDescription' failed with status code 'Unauthorized'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: '" In BOTH environments now. I even tried creating a new Power App Card from scratch and I'm still getting this error when I create a new flow from scratch. What's going on?
