Need help!
I have added a Refresh Button within PowerApp that I use to trigger a refresh of Power BI dataset.
When I run this workflow using my ID, it completes without any error. However, when other users are trying to activate the flow, they get the following error message:
Error:
Action 'Refresh_a_dataset' failed
Error Details:
Dataset 7cxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx is not found! please verify datasetId is correct and user have sufficient permissions.
What I have tried so far and has not worked:
1. Shared the Power Automate flow with the other users with full access
2. Shared the Power BI Dataset, reports, dashboards with full access
3. Made other users the co-owner of the app
I am wondering if there is a run-as option available so that my ID can be used to trigger the flow?
