I created the custom entity that will be used for saving the jot form data. I created the flow that will save the jot form data to the entity when submitted. But it's not working. Please suggest me what do i have to do for it.

Can you please share the detailed configuration of your flow here?
I think your issue could be related to the DATA TYPE of your entity. You need to fill in the right type with the dynamic content from JotForm.

Hi Team,
I just mapped few fields with dynamics crm like name, email, phone number for testing. I created the flow that is when jotform is submitted, connect with dynamics crm. Add an action that will create record in the custom entity i created in the dynamics crm. I am not getting an error but didn't get data.

Is it happening because there are many fields in the jot form which are not mapped with the dynamics crm entity fields>?
