Has your problem been solved?
Please take a try to replace Send an email notification (V3) with Send an email (V2) action. Then save the flow and test again.

Hello, i am automating a feedback form to be sent to an email for notification and SharePoint to update a list?
@Kayyzee85 Please use 'Get Response details' after 'when a new response is submitted'. Also i am curious to know what you have passed in Apply to each ?
