Power Automate flow within Power BI Button - other users can't run

I have created a power automate flow from within Power BI that is assigned to a button. The flow triggers an email send with an exported Power BI report from a shared mailbox.

It works fine for me but I cannot get it to work for other users.

I have added the users to the run only users within the power automate flow and the users have full permissions for the shared mailbox. When they click the button it says "triggering" and just stays with the the loading circle full and static. The flow has not triggered in Power automate.

Any ideas?

Hi @Mawdman85 ,

Have your guys sign in Power Automate portal ever?
If you ensure they are assigned with proper license and you have shared the flow with them already, ask them to sign in Power Automate portal and click "agree to start service" (kind of this) button. Then have another try.
