Get changes returns true but http does not get the item

I'm building a flow that gets changes for an item (that was created that day) and then an http request. I wanted to get the changes to the two below with the arrow. As you can see, it is "true" that a change has been made but the http request is only grabbing one column. What is happening here and how can I get it to populate both columns?

The first screenshot shows that you are checking what has changed between version 3.0 and 6.0 (SinceVersionLabel and UntilVersionlabel). Are you retrieving all version history records in your second request?

It is possible that this field has changed in the update from version 3.0 to 4.0, in that case you would find the values/changed values in version history of version 4.0. The second screenshot suggests you are only retrieving the values from version 6.0.

@Expiscornovus (not sure how to reply to people here anymore). Thank you for the reply!  How do I get the previous versions made that day so I can populate that column?
