Has it run since you posted this message? From your screen shot, you have it scheduled to start running today at 6:10 PM UTC. You posted this message at 2:11 PM, so it would have about four more hours before it would trigger. Otherwise, I don't see anything wrong with the configuration.

    Hi ,

I also don't see any problem with the Recurrence.

All I can suggest is deleting the trigger and then re-adding it.

Just be aware that 2025-03-21T18:10:00Z - the 'Z' indicates that the start time is UTC. I think using 2025-03-21T18:10:00 will be interpreted as London time.

-Your flow might exceed the daily data allowance, see more

-Have you tried creating a new scheduled flow?

Since the date has passed when you wanted to begin the flow to start running on the schedule, delete the start date value since it is not required and then see if it runs.
