I have created a Form in MS Forms for employees who would like to request time off or vacation time. One field allows them to enter the starting date and another field the end date. Because an employee might like to request to be off from 1pm to 4pm on a single specific date, we are at a loss as to how to add this to the approval form.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I would use MS Forms for simple scenarios.
You are better off building Power Apps form for something like this, one that accepts the time as well.
