I have created a button to lanuch email with items listed. Copies into body of email but where spaces are + signs appear. Any suggestions for removing these? thx

Why use Launch? You can you the SendEmail function of the Office365 connector instead, works the same way and you don't need to leave your app.
The darned +-signs is probably replacement for the space characters, since you use Launch with parameters. That won't happen with SendMail. If you still want to Launch, you would have to encode the string before sending.
I need to send from my work email account. We do not have access to full outlook just webmail. Would Office 365 connector work without 365 outlook?

I'm *almost* positive that having an E1 license (webmail only, that's the license here in Sweden) is enough; try and see if it works!
You sign into the Office365 connector using your credentials (or the credentials of the account that you want to be the sender of the mail) and the email will be sent from your that account. It doesn't send the mails from your physical device so there's really no need for the Outlook client, just your account.

Office 365 mail bloack by work at the moement. How would I "encode the string before sending" to show spaces rather than + signs when using launch? thx
