How to take items from a Column that requires a LookUp in a Share Point Table in a Filter Query?

As according to my question;

 

I am attempting get items from a column that requires a LookUp , in a case where column is from a different share point table that has been imported to this share point table it's own items are going to be taken in a filter query.
