Hi All,
I am new to power automate. I would like to automate downloading a SharePoint report automatically every week. Can you help me understand how to go about this. Where do I start. Which flow to use.

Can you explain a little more about what you mean by a "SharePoint report"?

Also, you won't be able to use Flow to automatically download anything - you can automatically email a file every week.

You can't automatically download anything with Power Automate cloud Flows.  The best you can do is email a file.

What type of report do you want to generate?  A Power BI report?  Excel?  CSV?

Oh! Yes I could just email it! That a good idea!
I can basically email the report(excel) every week right?

As you can see below ,right now i am downloading the report every week by clicking the download symbol. so i wanted to automate that and put it under a folder on a different sharepoint

I don't know of a way to automatically generate the Site Usage report in Power Automate.  You may/may not be able to do this by using an HTTP action and the Graph API.  Note that using the HTTP action requires a premium license.

Does anyone have a solution to this yet? I tried Power Automate Desktop but i got the data loss prevention (DLP) policy message.
