Hi

I'm having trouble following a description making a URL editable in a form. In the description the user has a drop down with alternatives in the field properties

Mine does not.

Is there a change that's been made or am I missing something?

Thank you

    Hi @MikaelJohansson ,

Now I see what you are talking about - mine is the same.

Power Apps version changes regularly shift and change things then you have to find them again. As you have discovered, documentation is not always updated.

Thank you. But what I realy want to know is why i don't get the pulldown view (shown in the red circle in first image) in my view (shown in the second image)
A bit frustrating that every help video or online course shows content that is totaly different to mine even though I am running the same version.

    Hi @MikaelJohansson ,

You can certainly edit a URL as long as the output is a valid URL. The Edit URL box displayed is the item to be chosen.

I will guess that you want the standard text input that PowerApps provides replaced with a DropDown.

    To do this:-

    1. Unlock the card
    2. Delete the text box that is there
    3. Add a DropDown in the card and set its Items property to the required list
    4. Change the Update property of the card to DropDownName.Selected.xxxx (replace with the relevant output value - xxx being the field name/result/value)

Happy to elaborate further if this is not what you are asking.
