Hallo zusammen,

ich hoffe ich krieg hier auf Deutsch auch Hilfe, ansonsten übersetz ich den Thread hier weiter unten nochmal auf Englisch:

Ich hab ein Formular mit Office Forms erstellt, bei dem einzelne Mitarbeiter bewertet werden (1-5 Sterne). Nun soll automatisiert eine Email gesendet werden, sobald jemand mit 3 oder weniger Sternen bewertet wird.

Leider wird beim Erstellen des Flows keine dynamische Antwort-ID gefunden. Also bei dem Feld "Antwort-ID" kann ich nichts auswählen. Daher funktioniert der ganze Flow dann nicht.

Wie bekomme ich eine dynamische "Antwort-ID"? Muss ich bei der Formular-Einstellung etwas ändern? Dort habe ich eingestellt, dass nur Personen meiner Organisation Antworten senden dürfen. Ich finde leider auch keine Dokumentation über dieses Problem.

I have created a form with Office Forms, where individual employees are rated (1-5 stars). Now I want an automated email to be sent as soon as someone is rated with 3 or less stars.

Unfortunately, when creating the flow, no dynamic response ID is found. So at the field "Reply ID" I can't select anything. Therefore the whole flow does not work then.

How do I get a dynamic "Answer ID"? Do I have to change something in the form setting? There I have set that only people from my organization are allowed to send replies. Unfortunately I can't find any documentation about this problem either.

Edit: Der Flow funktioniert, wenn ich es manuell teste und bei "Antwort ID" als Beispiel "1" eingebe, aber so bekomme ich ja nur das Ergebnis aus dem ersten Formular bearbeitet. Wie kann man das automatisieren?
Ich krieg nach wie vor nichts als dynamische Antwort-ID angezeigt zum Auswählen 🤔

Edit: The flow works if I test it manually and enter "1" for "Reply ID" as an example, but this way I only get the result from the first submitted form. How can I automate this?
I still don't get anything displayed as a dynamic answer ID to select

Das hört sich so an als würdest du nicht "Bei Übermitteln einer neuen Antwort" als Flow trigger verwenden, dieses gibt dir automatisch die Antwort-ID als dynamischen content.

jetzt funktioniert das, ich hatte als Trigger eine Recurrence eingestellt (so dass es jeden Freitag um 16 Uhr ausgelöst wird)...
Vielleicht kannst Du mir bei der gesamten Thematik auch weiterhelfen ? Ich hab dazu noch einen Post geschrieben... Bewertungs-Flow - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
