    Hi @Anonymous,

I have tested on my side to add the assigned user Ids into the bar and run the Flow, but not find the same issue.

You can refer to my configuration to create your Flow:

    Hi @Anonymous,

Sorry, I cannot use the Project online to test, because we did not purchase its subscription.

Could you provide the completed output of trigger? Is there a field related to the assigned email?

    Hi @Anonymous,

I noticed that there is a "TaskFixedCostAssignmentId""e5423b61-c6fc-4a98-afd9-149357732d70", you can use the Compose to get the value with expression: triggerBody()?['TaskFixedCostAssignmentId']Annotation 2019-10-23 164313.png

    Hi Thanks for reply!!

I try to do this. But it only get the id as a out put. Then IU tried to use Search for user but it can't search user to this ID. DO you have any idea hoe to retreve the user from 365 Users database with this TaskFixedCostAssignmentId.

Thanks  a lot in advance for the reply.

    Best regards,
    Sanjaya

    Hi @Anonymous,

If the TaskFixedCostAssignmentId is Unique identifier of user, you can use the Get user action of Azure AD connector. Annotation 2019-10-29 173213.png

Thanks for the tipp, unfortunately my organisation's privacy settings don't allow me to use this. Do we have anything this kind of from Microsoft? Really appreciated your support!!!

    Hi @Anonymous,

If you have no permission to get other user profiles, you should connect with your organization to get it. Or there is no other way could do it.
