Why does the flow rum twice?

I created a flow that writes the values from the Excel file to the sharepoint list using the following actions.

(1) When an item is created or modified in a folder (deprecated) : Trigger
(2) List rows that exist in the table : Get Excel data
(3) Create an item : Match Excel values with items in the list in the Sharepoint
(4) Update an item : Assign a unique ID in the list

For some reason, when the flow is started, the flow turns twice, and the number of items in the sharepoint list would be doubled.
Can anyone give me some advice on the cause and solution?

Updating an item (last action in your flow) triggers the process to loop or repeat. To improve this, you could implement a condition or check within your flow to determine whether the update should trigger the flow again. You can prevent this by using trigger conditions

Thank you for your reply. In my environment, this flow is executed only once when the trigger is fired. On the other hand, in the customer's environment, when the trigger is fired, it is executed twice. The structure of SharePoint sites and lists is exactly the same. What are the possible causes?
