Hello,
Does anybody have up-to-date info on the number of flows one can have active?
I'm hitting a limit at 600 flows, but how can I have more?

You are correct. 600 is the limit on the number of flows.
You might want to contact support to get more information on how to get that increased (or have a customized plan)

From this doc, we know that Microsoft Flow comes with up to 50 flows. And Flows created and published in SharePoint would also count towards this same limit.
