I'm wondering is anybody has used Flow with Service Desk Plus to update Help Desk tickets. It sounds like there may be some ways to do this with their REST API but have not figured this out.
I'm curious if there are examples of this.

I have found the solution of Help desk here solutions/service-desk-solutions.
Flow has no connector associated with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus currently.

Found a solution Use the JSON in point #2 this documentation to create a custom connector
MS Power Automate in ServiceDesk Plus2 things you would need to add while creating a custom connector1. Helpdesk URL
2. API Key (to be generated in your SD plus helpdesk product under your profile section).This is it, now you can test your connector in any instant flow.
