Approvals - Approve from outlook

I am developing an approval flow. Approval email have Approve and Reject button. If approver view email in outlook from web browser then he can approve or reject from email and doesn't have to navigate to MS Flow approval cards. If approver view email in outlook client application, then approver have to click on Approve button --> Navigate to MS Flow approval cards and approve/reject.

Is there a way approver can approve or reject from outlook client app?

Hi @NiravNvs,

I am afraid that your needs cannot be achieved currently.

After the Outlook client receives the approval email, we need to navigate to the Approval center to confirm the approval request and complete the approval.

Currently on the Outlook web side, it is possible to complete the approval directly in the mail.

If you would like to the feature within Microsoft flow, you could vote for the similar ideal in the forum below:

Or you could use Send Email with option so that Approver only needs to click on option to complete the approval no matter where it receives the email.

Interesting and good idea for some scenarios. However, the user experience is not as good as default Approval and also basically we will be handling approval manually, rather than using built-in Flow Approval process (Command Center, history, etc.)
