Connect label to another Data Source

Hello, on my screen I have a gallery:

Gallery is connected to data source "audit_template_CS". Under Gallery you can see label:

My question, can I connect this label to another data source (SP list with one row, because I want to return time when flow has started and finished")? My another data source name is "DateAndTime", maybe exists some methods DateAndTime.'field'. Problem is that this SP list is not recognized.

    use look up Function on items property of label and call SP
