MS Forms to Flow - Multiple optional questions

Hi,

I am using forms to create a uniform ordering form for my job. Each question is optional and I am having trouble getting my excel sheets to only list the data for the questions with responses.

I've been using a thread at Solved: MS Forms File Upload - Multiple optional questions - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com) as a reference, but I'm not sure how the OP ended up setting up the conditional

    Hello @lcotter ,

The Thread you are referring is actually instructing on how you can add parallel branches for each of the question and set the condition to check if the field is empty or not and based on Yes or No you can have the rest of the actions setup.

The expression in the Condition can be like this - empty(Your field here) is equal to true (type true in expression and then press enter)

@NiloferA Thank you for responding so soon and for the help. Just as a followup, would you mind explaining more in detail how to put in the first part of the condition to make sure it's connected with the question I want to check in the form?

    Hello @lcotter ,

After adding the condition, click on the left side of the condition, Dynamic Content Popup will open up. Click on Expression, then type in empty(), then place your cursor between the parentheses go back to Dynamic Content, select your question and then click on ok.

You can share a screenshot of what you are doing here so I can help you better.
