Can I send a report that shows the labels for each bucket?

Hi everyone I was wondering,

Is it possible to send a report that shows the labels of each planner item?

For example)

Follow up report LABEL: in progress [pink]

Finish marketing draft: completed [red]

And I would get a table that shows :

Task Name                                Label

Follow up report                       In progress

Finish marketing draft              Completed

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @qopwer12

Sure can, you just need to create a table from the list tasks action.

Which will give you the following output.  I have used the percentage to calculate if a task is complete or not.

    Hi Damien,

    Thank you for the response.

I was wondering more so for my company's planner, we use labels that aren't calculated as much such as "Marketing" "PR" "Finance" etc.

Would it be possible to display those?

    HI @qopwer12

Best option from your end it to play with the following actions:

If you run them when connected to your planner, you will be able to see what fields are available in the history output.

Most of these fields will be available dynamically and can be added to your table.  If a field isn't returned though, it won't be so easy to get hold of.

    Best go and play!

    Damien
