I have developed a desktop flow and is supposed to be triggered by 'Task Schedular' on a specific time. While testing it does not run the flow directly and opens a confirmation pop up on 'Power Automate Maker' (image attached).
You can disable that confirmation dialogue using below settings.
Click on the power automate desktop settings and uncheck the "Display confirmation dialog when invoking flows externally"
