Error when configuring an approval flow

I'm working on an approval work flow for news posts, but when I add the approval action I get this error;

This also happens when I create it directly from SharePoint, so I don't think it's an error on my side.

 

I haven't seen any posts about this online, and we are at a loss here. Any  ideas?

    Hi @AislingFaulkner,

    got the same issue today.
    (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Flows/Error-Call-not-allowed-from-api-management/m-p/1269528#M25607)

    MS called me already seems like a problem on their side, they told me they are working on it.
