Obtain my tasks from the planner with a certain category

Hello,

I am trying to output a listing taking into account the category (Tag) of the task and mail it from Power automate. But I do not quite understand how to access the value within the array of appliedCategories of each task to compare it with the category or categories that are interesting for me.

Could you help me?
