Make dropdown more ux friendly

Hello,

I have a dropdown, called working remotely. With yes or no

There is a lot of white space, just for two options, is this the best way , or maybe have two radio buttons , with yes/selection.. please may I get views on this , thank you. I really appreciate this.

    A Radio Control is probably the best option.
