    Hi @SCO_PP

The "Get special folder" action is used to automatically retrieve the local folder path of a certain "special" folder.

The folder path is the output of that action.

I am not sure if I answered your question, if not, could you please rephrase it so that I could understand what is the exact issue that you are facing?

    Thank you!

    Thank you for response.

Perhaps I should explain what I'm trying to achieve.

    1. Launch Outlook > Retrieve mail ( saved attachment to desired location)

    2. Use the "Get special folder" function to get 1.

My logic was where do I need to create a folder so that it appears in the list of "Special Folder name" or it's properties.

its reference is C:\User\XXXXXX\ -  When I create a folder in that location it doesn't appear in the list

    Hi @SCO_PP

Using the "Get special folder" action we can store the path of a folder from a predefined folder list (special folders), into a variable.

Custom folder paths are not available in that action.

Should you want to save your custom folder path into a variable, then you could use a Set Variable action, setting the variable's value to be the folder path.

    I hope the above clarifies.
