Can´t open excel or powerpoint file anymore. Please help.

Hi,

I had a good working flow and today I can´t open any powerpoint or excel files which my flow creates because of this message.

In says: PowerPoint has a problem to read the content of my sharepoint site.

I hope you can help me

    This is what happens when I try to open the created excel file.

    In English: The file can not be opened by excel, because the file type is incorrect. Check if the file is broken.
