What is the best way to refer to external pdf documents in real time

Hi,

In copilot, is it possible to retrieve a pdf document that is in Azure Storage, if provided with necessary details regarding the location of the document. Given the constraints of Copilot's interface, which doesn't support direct document attachment, the intention is to retrieve the document from its stored location.
