Hello,
I would like to perform a simple action of selecting a account and sending email but I also need to get data from the main contact for this account and get the fields from the main contact and use them in the email :

Are there any relationships between Accounts entity and Contacts?
Please provide more details about it.
Besides, you need to switch the Environment to Default when configuring Get record action.
