[HELP] Power Automate Desktop: Cannot Create New Flow – Reverts to Home Screen

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) where I cannot create a new flow at all. Here's what happens:

I open PAD and click “+ New Flow”, I enter a flow name, click Create, it then briefly loads, then jumps back to the home screen with no error message, and no flow is created (It says "You don't have any flow yet").

I have tried to reinstall PAD (via MSI and Microsoft Store), sign in with both admin and non-admin accounts, try running as Administrator, and still can't fix the problem.

May I know the root cause of this and how to fix it? Any ideas or suggestions would be deeply appreciated 🙏

    Check Windows event viewer for error and informational logs for PAD.
