Hi All,
I have a site collection which uses a SharePoint 2010 reusable workflow (based on content type). I understand we do not have this in Power Automate, is there a way around this? creating multiple flow would be hard since there are around 400 lists and needs to be flexible to also run for newly created lists as well.

There is no current way to replicate the reusable workflow in Power Automate. The closest you can come is to build a flow as a Solution and then import it multiple times and connect it to each List. But right now flows are tied to the individual list because of the way the connector works.
