Power Automate List of notifications

Hello everyone.

I am having an issue in Power Automate. 

When I use a Forms as the Automate trigger,  sometimes I can't even choose the "List of notifications" on Dynamic Content.

I don't know what to do. I did the same thing in the second try.

    When I try to create a new flow with Forms as trigger. 

    I learned that I need to choose "list of notification answer of answer ID" to the Automate get the same information I had fill in the Forms. But everytime I create a new flow this dynamic content don't show up.

    I don't know if had jump one step.

    @Anonymous Immediately after your "when a new response is submitted" trigger you need the "get response details" action. You don't ever want or need the apply to each.
