Combobox Not Showing Items

I have this "HEAD OF DEPARTMENT" combobox that visible only with the "REQUEST TYPE" field is selected "ADV".

As seen in the image below, the combobox is not showing its items.

However, when I go to another screen and go back to this screen, the combobox is showing the correct items.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
Appreciate the help!

So my guess is, (and this is a guess because you didn't share anything)

You are selecting that and then moving to another screen, which then allows the OnChange to fire, which then allows the other comboboxes to fill.

If you simply pick the ADV and then specifically click on one of the others does it fill?

1) please show the Items property for the Head of Department ComboBox

2) Do you load data in your OnVisible Property??

This would cause this issue, if so, because selecting the ADV, going to another screen and coming back would fire the OnVisible again and load your data if its there.

So its either the OnChange, or the OnVisible

So please let me know about those questions and please share your items in the HOD ComboBox.

Could you check if you were resetting the HOD combox box? Can you share items property of HOD combobox?

Hi @FLMike,

Thanks for your response.

Other combo boxes are working properly without having to navigate to another screen, except for the Head of Department combo box.

The OnVisible of the screen has nothing related to the Head of Department combo box items. Below I share both the screen OnVisible and the combo box Items properties for reference.
