Hello gurus,

I've a flow triggered by a change on a specific field on a sharepoint list, to which I've access as administrator.

Problem is, flow is not been triggered, when I do a change to the field.

This specificf sharepoint list has many views created.

Hope someone can help me with this.

Best regards ArthurPool_flow.png

    Hi @highlander8,

It seems that you have many views for the list.

In the trigger When an item is created or modified, which view are you using?

Please make sure you are adding/modifying an item under the view you specified in the flow trigger.

I have created a simple flow to try to trigger the flow under different views, it will be triggered if I add/modify an item under the corresponding view in the list.

Please try again with it and feel free post back if you are still having the issue.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Hi @v-yamao-msft,

I verified, the change was done under the same view.

I was wondering if the root could probably be, having so many views created?

Actually, since I've created the flow, no chages has reached the flow referred, is this a configuration/permission problem??

    Hey all

A Flow in the free plan will only check every 5 minutes if something is triggered, so keep that in mind.

If you leave the field, where you fill in the view, blank it should take the default view (All items).

Then the flow triggers when a new item is created no matter the view.

    Hope this helps

    Kind regards

    Tom
