PA Flow Owner name appears on Teams approval request

Hi ,

I have created a PA Flow which will trigger when new request is made in power apps and item created in SharePoint list.

When new request made, Flow triggers to send both Teams approval and Email approval to approver.

Email will be sent by Microsoft power automate email id.

the problem is same time Teams approval request also raised  and requested by name is always my name (Flow owner name).

and once the approver approves the request in Teams.. Teams reply comes to Flow owner as your request is approved / declined..

Email reply goes to actual requestor..

How can I change this to actual requestor name in Teams approval.. Kindly advise.

Image shows. actual requestor name on top.. but at the below requested by is my name as am the flow owner.

    Hi @Nazia786

Pls set email address of requester under 'Advanced settings':

You may set dynamic value in the 'Requestor' parameter, but it should be an email address.

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.
