Approval flows - 404 ERROR - Authentication Failed

Hey,
 
I'm in need of some urgent assistance - as of this morning the approval flows that I've created for our business have stopped working. When users are clicking on the approval link they receive in their emails it takes them to the below page. I don't understand the issue as I've checked all my connections and they are all okay and the flow itself doesn't display any errors when it's running. So right now, any of the flows that contain an approval link are effectively just hanging on the "Waiting for Approval" action.
 
 
This is a really urgent issue as it's affecting many of our business processes.

    Not sure what is causing this 
    But if your flow is still running and the approvals are still getting created they can access the approvals through the power automate portal under the approvals section

    Can you check if you are receiving the approval in Teams? If yes, can you try to approve from Teams to see if it works?
     
    Sometimes it can be backend issues, so we would recommend checking the health service/message center on any incidents related to your issues.
     
    Probably the approval link expired. Can you try to create a new test flow with approval and check if it's working? If you face the same issues, it could be due to a backend service issue 

    i  have created a sample approval , i got approval in an email with a button, not a link. When I approve it, it works the same when i approve from teams or the Power Automate approval tab is working 

    Just wondering why you use the approval link ? Why not an actionable button in the approval email? or teams

    We have discovered that clearing the browser history and cache etc has fixed the issues on Microsoft Edge.
