Can you check if you are receiving the approval in Teams? If yes, can you try to approve from Teams to see if it works?
Sometimes it can be backend issues, so we would recommend checking the health service/message center on any incidents related to your issues.
Probably the approval link expired. Can you try to create a new test flow with approval and check if it's working? If you face the same issues, it could be due to a backend service issue
i have created a sample approval , i got approval in an email with a button, not a link. When I approve it, it works the same when i approve from teams or the Power Automate approval tab is working
Just wondering why you use the approval link ? Why not an actionable button in the approval email? or teams
